Many Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom heat resistant recipes are in the game and we have a recipe list with some of the best Chilly recipes out there. Any thorough exploration in the Goron territory of Hyrule in TotK will require some heat resistance, and fireproof armor that is on sale for many rupees in Goron City is a good start to beating the heat. While the hydromelons can be found mainly around the Gerudo Desert, the cold mushrooms, chillfin trout and cool saflina are found primarily in the Hebra Mountains.
We must also point out that fire resistance and heat resistance are two different properties. Sometimes they overlap in terms of armor and such, but heat resistance won’t protect you from fire damage, just from high temperature environments.
