Bengaluru: Two youths were killed and a woman was injured when a speeding truck collided with two two-wheelers on Magadi Road in the restricted area of Byadarahalli Police Station on Monday night. The dead were Sunkadakatte resident Ravikumar Yadav (28) from Ramanagara and Andhra Pradesh native Vikas (20) who lived in Sumanahalli and both worked at a Sunkadakatte car showroom.
Police said the incident happened on Magadi Road in Anjananagar at around 9.15pm on Monday when a speeding truck rammed the bicycle. The bike hit a scooter ahead, injuring a woman, identified as Bhavani Singh.
In another incident in the restricted area of the Banasawadi Traffic Police Station, Guddu Manzi (37) from Bihar was working on a metro construction site on the Outer Ring Road when a transport vehicle hit a barricade at the construction site and knocked him down , died.
