Officers from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- Monday, December 19 at 5:06 pm, North Fox Farm Road, west of North Sellers Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Bronwyn R. Harrison, 16 North Harzler Street, Warsaw. Harrison was traveling north on North Forks Farm Road when her vehicle left the driveway. Losses up to $5,000.
- Monday, December 19 at 7:10am, 30 West Old Road, west of CR 525W North, Warsaw. Driver: Bryan M. Garrett, 49 North Harzler Street, Warsaw. Garrett was traveling west on West Old Road 30 when a deer crossed the road. Losses up to $2,500.

Officers from the Silver Lake Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- Friday, December 16 at 4:14pm, South SR 15, near West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Driver: Steven A. Reid, 45, West 5th Street, Peru. While Reed was traveling south on SR 15, his vehicle veered out of the lane and hit head-on with a Nipsco pole. No injuries were reported. Losses of up to $25,000.
Warsaw
Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
- Wednesday, December 21 at 5:08 am, South SR 15, near East Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Dakota A. Bouse, 19, South Railroad Street, Claypool; and Shanan L. Cochran, 52, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Booth rear-ended Cochrane’s vehicle while driving north on South Detroit Street. Cochrane complained of headaches and was examined by medical personnel at the scene. Losses up to $2,500.
- Tuesday, December 20 at 5:10 pm, South Lake Street, south of West Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Victoria M. Kratzchmar, 22, Tippecanoe Drive Apartment C1, Warsaw; George Meade, 56, South CR 600W, Warsaw. Kratzchmar was driving east on an alley near South Lake Street when he struck Meade’s vehicle, which was traveling south on South Lake Street. Meade complained of neck and shoulder pain and was taken to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital. Losses up to $10,000.
- Tuesday, December 20 at 3:19 pm, Logan Street, south of Eagle Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jerry W. Koontz III, 17, East Old Road 30, Warsaw; and Tyler D. Lowman, 17, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Koontz rear-ended Lowman’s vehicle while driving north on Logan Street. No injuries were reported. Losses up to $10,000.
- Tuesday, December 20 at 1.10pm, 2211 East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Unknown. A vehicle owned by Corliss Rapsavage in Warsaw was damaged by an unknown driver while it was parked and unmanned. Damage under $750.
