Paralyzed victim wins $48 million verdict after construction accident

New York, December 2, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — It took about an hour for a Kings County Supreme Court jury to settle on the outcome of one of the biggest construction cases of 2022. Polish immigrant Dariusz H. has been involved in height-related construction accidents since as early as 2016. While it didn’t kill him, it caused severe spinal damage that required multiple surgeries and disabled him for life.After a long battle over his frail health and ongoing claims for damages, his legal team gets unprecedented access $47,968,838 judgment.
