- Score update: Chargers 17, Titans 14
- 4:27pm: Cameron Dicker hit a field goal that would have won the game and the Chargers would have taken a three-point lead if they could hold out with four seconds remaining in the regular season.
- 4:24pm: Justin Herbert hit a Mike Williams catch 35 yards to put the Chargers in range, incredible throw and catch.
- Score update: Chargers 14, Titans 14
- 4:20pm: QB steals a touchdown by Ryan Tannehill. The Titans opted to kick an extra point instead of a two-point attempt with 48 seconds left.
- 4:03pm: Khalil Mack puts the pressure on and Drue Tranquill cleans it up for a sack. The Chargers defense had a maximum of four sacks today.
- 3:55pm: Kyle Van Noy fired. In back-to-back games, he recorded a sack.
- Score update: Chargers 14, Titans 7
- 3:49pm: Austin Ekeler hit the ball for a 3-yard touchdown. The Chargers scored their first point since the opening game.
- 3:45pm: Justin Herbert hit Keenan Allen for 31 yards and they made the most of the game.
- 3:43pm: Justin Herbert completed 1,240 passes in his career, surpassing Matthew Stanford as the player with the most passes in the first 50 games of his career.
- 3:41pm: The Chargers’ pass rush comes alive here. Chris Rumph sacked Ryan Tannehill two plays after Joe Gaziano knocked him down. The Titans came up empty-handed on a 51-yard field goal attempt.

- 3:37pm: Joe Gaziano had the first sack of his NFL career.
- 3:33pm: DeMarcus Walker sacks Justin Herbert for the second time. Herbert was fired for the third time today.
- 3:30pm: In the second half, the Chargers’ defense allowed the Titans to gain 33 yards on three plays. Tennessee is only 1-6 behind for third place today.
- 3:24pm: Justin Herbert forced the pass to Mike Williams and was sent off. It was Herbert’s first game with multiple interceptions since Week 16 of last season.
- 3:18 pm: Nasir Adderley intercepts Ryan Tannehill. This could be the much-needed jolt for the Chargers, keeping things going without much to show.
- 3:12pm: The Chargers’ third-quarter struggles of the season continue. They bet on back-to-back properties.
- 2:59pm: Justin Herbert was fired for the second time today. The Chargers started the second half.

- 2:40pm: Justin Herbert was sent off in the end zone just before halftime.
- 2:36pm: Joshua Palmer limped off the field and was being checked by the team’s trainers.
- 2:31pm: Kyle Van Noy and Chris Rumph created some pressure before Ryan Tannehill turned the pass. The Chargers were ready to catch the ball when we had a two-minute warning.
- 2:23pm: Keenan Allen couldn’t catch Justin Herbert’s deep pass in the third. Charger punt.
- 2:20pm: The Chargers are now up 2-2 on the fourth try of the day.
- 2:16pm: Austin Ekeler returns to the Chargers.
- Score update: Chargers 7, Titans 7
- 2:13pm: Titan Wildcat. Derrick Henry drives the ball down the middle for a 4-yard touchdown. All of the Titans’ 63 yards went to Henry.
- 2:09pm: Derrick Henry’s 37-yard catch-and-run was good news for the Titans’ biggest game yet.
- 2:05pm: Chargers three in a row. Ryan Tannehill returned to the Titans after missing Tennessee’s last offensive series with an ankle injury.

- 1:49pm: The Chargers’ 14 touchdown games were the 28th time the team has scored 10 or more games this season, the most in the NFL.

- 1:45pm: Joshua Kelly scores a touchdown. The Chargers went first, closing out 14 games.

- 1:34pm: Justin Herbert was fired by Jeffery Simmons. The Titans have struggled to create pressure in recent weeks, but did so early here.
- 1:30pm: Ryan Tannehill collapsed on the court after being knocked out by Khalil Mack. It looks like he sprained his ankle. The Titans are on a three-game losing streak in their opening game.
- 1:25pm: The Chargers won the throw and held off until the second half.
