The Jefferson County coroner’s office released the identities of two people who were killed in separate crashes earlier this month. The first was a woman who died in a car crash near Iroquois Park on Wednesday. Haley Hines, 18, died at the scene following the November 16 crash. Witnesses said Johnson lost control and crossed the center line, crashing into an oncoming car in which Hines was a passenger. Two other people were injured in the accident. Police believe alcohol was a factor in the accident. The coroner’s office also confirmed a man died of his injuries following the Nov. 10 crash. Kenneth Rhodes, 29, was injured in an accident and died at University Hospital of Louisville, along with his brother Jalen Davis-Rhodes, 23, in Old Louisville. On November 16, 18-year-old Haley Hines died at the scene after a car accident.

Louisville Metro Police arrested Eric Johnson in connection with the accident. He faces murder and battery charges.
