On November 28, 2022, Spencer County Sheriff’s Deputy Austin Bruner was notified at 4:41 a.m. by the Spencer County Sheriff’s Office at the Circle in Santa Claus, Indiana. There was a two-vehicle collision in the S parking lot. Upon arriving at the scene at 4:46 a.m., Deputy Bruner found minimal damage to a 2017 white Buick and a silver 2017 Dodge Ram. The agent spoke to the Dodge’s driver, Andrew Hall of Santa Claus, who said he parked diagonally to give room for another vehicle to exit the parking spot.
