New Orleans, Louisiana – U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced Henry Randall (“Randall”), age 66, of Gibson City, Louisiana, was sentenced for conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 371, in New Orleans.
According to court documents, on May 17, 2017, Randall, Along with participants Damian Labeaud (“Labeaud”), Mario Solomon (“Solomon”), Ryan Wheaten (“Wheaten”) and Dakota Diggs (“D. Diggs”), a car and tractor-trailer collision was staged nearby Located on US 90 East and Calliope Street in New Orleans. Labeaud deliberately drove the vehicle onto a tractor-trailer and fled the scene with Solomon.
