detroit host bold james He is recovering after a “serious two-car accident” in his hometown last Monday (Jan. 9), according to his rep. Boldy (legal name James Clay Jones III) was rushed to hospital in a critical condition with orthopedic injuries and a fractured cervical spine. Jones has been released from intensive care in a stable condition after undergoing “major neck surgery”.

In a statement, Jones and his family thanked “the wonderful doctors and nurses who took care of him, as well as the emergency medical personnel and first responders in the community.”
Also wishing Jones a speedy recovery were Detroit rhymer Eminem and other artists including Bun B, Westside Gunn, Statik Selektah, Fly Anakin and Open Mike Eagle.

On Sunday (January 15), Jones posted a message on his Instagram.
“Thank you so much for your prayers, thank you all for your support, and all the calls and texts I see make me pray for you during this journey as I continue to recover with my family. Thank God,” he wrote.

The bottom of the image reveals that the EP will have six tracks, with side A containing “Hellblock to the Sunnyside,” “Hot Cakes” and “Big Bags,” while side B The face will contain “Sweetest Taboo”, “Jonny On the Spot” and “Give or Take”.
