POTSDAM — More than 100 vendors clashed with thousands of shoppers at SUNY Potsdam’s Maxcy Hall on Saturday.

Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Crafts, Food and Wine Holiday Fair gates open at 10 a.m., with a steady stream of eager gift seekers escaping the nasty late fall weather for local Christmas shopping.
