Buff Dudes is a YouTube channel with over 2.5 million subscribers. Despite their channel name, brothers Hudson and Brandon White aren’t your stereotypical bro gym. They provide clear information and good backstories while poking fun at how polished they are.
They tested the best-selling gym equipment of 2022 and, of course, had a lot of fun with their respective girlfriends. check it out.
2022 Best-Selling Fitness Equipment Tested
Buff Dudes say these are the best-selling workout gear for 2022, but they don’t say where they came from for that information. It could come from a quick Google search, Amazon’s best-selling fitness equipment for 2022, or it could focus on just one country.
From No. 5 to No. 1, here are the best-selling fitness equipment for 2022.
5. U-shaped twisting machine
The U Shape Twister is an arm exerciser where you can train your biceps or triceps. It can also be used on the adductor muscles between the legs.
They gave it a 2 star review saying it’s something you might get excited about but not use once you get it.
4. Power Ring
This is a small ring with a steel ball inside, and you will use centrifugal force to move the ring. It felt more like an isometric exercise, and in their opinion, this equipment was no substitute for dumbbells or kettlebells for any exercise.
Also a 2 star review out of 5.
3. Aqua Training Pack
It’s a bag that you can fill with water and use as workout gear, kind of like a sandbag replacement. While the idea is to travel with the device, Buff Dudes said it would be difficult to fit the bag into the sink because of the way it’s made.
3 out of 5 stars.
2. Abdominal belt
The belly belt comes with a dire warning that “high risk of death and serious injury” if you use the product incorrectly.
The belt has 18 levels of strength, but the Buff Dudes can only manage to get to level 4, saying it’s pretty painful.
It gets 1 out of 5 stars.
1. Hula Hoop Ultimate
This hula hoop promises to stay put and lose weight in just 30 minutes a day. However, Budd Dudes and Girls didn’t like it, it fell off and even broke when in use.
Needless to say, 1 out of 5 stars.
